Which countries can the order be shipped to?

Due to the impact of COVID-19, international shipping is unstable, in order not to reduce the overall quality of service, international services are temporarily closed, and subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website. Now we are only shipping to the Continental US for the time being.

How many business days is the order processing time

We can process 3000 orders a day and ship within 2 working days of placing the order. Orders placed after 5pm EST on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday morning.(No delivery on weekends, weekends are automatically postponed to working days)

Daily orders will be processed before 5pm, orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next day, if there is a rest day it will be postponed to a working day.

How long is the shipping time of the product? 

The normal transportation cycle of goods is 3 to 12 business days. Standard delivery time is 3-12 working days, express delivery time is 1-5 working days. In the event of large events and a sharp increase in the number of active orders, there will be slight delays in delivery times.

What if you haven't received the product for a long time?

In general, the product can reach in 15 working days after shipping. If you haven't received it within 15 working days, please contact customer service  Amy, we will check the logistics status for you, and then choose the best processing method according to your needs. If you have confirmed that your delivery address is correct and you have not received your goods for more than sixty days, you can simply opt for a refund or a new delivery.

What if the order processing time is too long?

We are sorry if there is a timeout. If the order processing time is too long (more than 10 working days without special remarks), you can contact us by email at hi@lumigardern.com. There are two options for you to choose from, either we refund you directly or we arrange delivery as soon as possible and compensate you with a $10 coupon.
