If for any reason you need to cancel your order or make a return, we hope to make the process as simple as possible for you.

We accept returns at any time within 30 days of receipt for any reason, provided that the returned items are in the same condition as delivered. All products with any damage are not eligible for return. For example, ceramic planters have been broken , and deformed shelves have been deformed, etc. Please check carefully the appearance of our products for damage.

As flower pots are inherently fragile, this is related to your personal use and the warranty period is only one month. The shelves are covered by a three month warranty, during which time you can contact online customer service Amy for either breakage or deformation. Note: natural breakage without external forces only, Lumigardern is not responsible for human-induced breakage. And you will need to provide proof of the warranty. The warranty date is calculated from the time you receive the goods. So please keep the warranty slip that is sent with your product, if it is lost we can also repair your product for a fee. The cost of sending the repaired product to the company is at your expense and we will cover the cost of sending it back.

1. If there is any problem with our product, for example:

3The shelf can not fit properly.

          Or some other problems.

we will ship the damaged part for you for free, or reship it and you are not responsible for the shipping cost. However, you are required to provide credentials, please make a record of unpacking when receiving the goods. 

2. If you receive a product that is not as expected such as the wrong color or model selection, we accept returns, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return.

Complete the Returns Form provided in your package and include it with your return. If you have misplaced the original paperwork, please write down the original  order number and item(s) being returned and enclose it in your package;

Return all original packaging;

Do not remove any hangtags. Any returned items without hangtags will not be eligible for a refund;

Use the original mailing bag/box to return the item(s) and securely seal to keep the item(s) safe;

Always obtain and keep the tracking information from your post office or chosen carrier for your return.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Within 30 minutes after the order payment is successful, the user can cancel the order in the order details. After canceling the order, the payment amount will be credited back to your payment account within one to two working days. The exact time depends on your payment method, please be patient. If the order is successfully paid for 30 minutes, the order cannot be canceled because the order has already been processed and the package cannot be recalled. Please understand that. 

We will process it for you as soon as possible, if it has not been processed for more than 24 hours please contact Customer Service Amy.

When will the refunded amount be credited?

Usually 1-2 working days, the exact time depends on your payment method. If it is overdue, please contact us.
